Caravans & motorhomes
Configure. Build. Hand over. Rent.
One record per caravan — from the floor plan your customer picks to the trade-in years later. For manufacturers, dealers and rental fleets, in English, German and Arabic.

Where it starts
Your customer configures — weight and delivery week included
Model, floor plan, off-grid pack, interior, exterior, extras. Every choice updates the mass in running order, the maximum permissible laden mass and the remaining payload. Your rules block configurations that cannot be built — and your customer never sees a price.
Caravan configurator
Your customer builds the caravan on screen — floor plan, off-grid power, colors — with live weight, payload and delivery week, checked by your rules. No price in the customer view.

- Your catalog: series, model years, floor plans, options with pictures, part numbers and weights
- “Requires”, “excludes”, “includes” — e.g. the off-grid pack needs a stronger chassis, so Spur adds it automatically
- Prices stay with your sales team: the customer sees options, weight and delivery week
- On your website, on a showroom tablet or at your dealers — Arabic from right to left
- Once accepted, the configuration becomes the order and the build sheet — no retyping
- New model year: copy the last one and adjust it — no new project
For manufacturers
From order to handover — every unit on one board
Build stages as checklists per model, a target time per stage, supervisors who confirm on the tablet — and customers who follow the build without calling your office.
A progress page your customer actually opens
Each buyer gets a personal link — no app, no password. Every finished stage appears with its date and the photos you release. A WhatsApp message or email goes out at every milestone.
- Stages from chassis to handover, with photos you choose to share
- If a stage is late, the delivery week updates — with a short, clear explanation
- Internal notes, costs and defects are never sent to the customer's phone
Customer progress page
Your buyer follows the build of their caravan on a personal link — stage by stage, with photos, dates and a WhatsApp message at every milestone. Internal notes, costs and defects never appear.

Production board that shows delivery dates at risk
Every open order by build stage. The board compares the remaining target times with the promised delivery week and flags what will be late — before the customer asks.
- Supervisors confirm a stage with one tap; person and time are logged
- Filter “at risk only” for the morning meeting
- The shop floor sees work and specifications — never prices or margins
- Material planning stays in your ERP; Spur shows where each unit stands
Production board
Every open order by build stage, with target times and a “delivery date at risk” flag computed from the remaining stages. Supervisors confirm a stage with one tap on the tablet.

PDI and handover — no step can be skipped
Water, gas, electrics and appliances are checked on the tablet, with measured values where they matter. Delivery stays locked until the checklist is complete — and Spur shows exactly what is missing.
- Values outside their range block the handover, with the reason
- Signature on the tablet, or by name for keyboard users
- Report with every value in the vehicle file; warranty start and first damp check dated automatically

Dealer portal for your network
Your dealers configure in their own portal, see only their own customers and prices, and follow every order from build stage to delivery week.
- Dealer-specific prices — or none, as you decide
- Order status from the same production board, without a phone call
- Fleet customers order several units in one go
Dealer portal
Dealers configure and order in their own portal and follow every order — they see only their own customers and prices, never another dealer's.

For dealers
New and used, by season — with the warranty under control
Stock by model year, pre-delivery inspection, handover with a customer walkthrough, damp checks that nobody forgets and trade-ins that arrive with their history.
PDI & handover
Same checklist, at your workshop
Dealers run the pre-delivery inspection and the handover with the same checklist and report as the factory — including the customer walkthrough and the warranty start.

New moduleTrade-ins with a damp report
The value of a used caravan depends on dry walls. Spur records the trade-in with a damp reading per measuring point — and, if the unit was sold through you, with its full history.
- Readings per measuring point, compared with the last annual checks
- Estimate the repair cost before you make the offer, not after
- The report goes with the unit to the next buyer
Damp checks and water-ingress warranty, organized
Annual damp checks are due for each unit from its handover date. Spur lists which units are due, records a reading per measuring point and shows at once whether a claim is covered.
- List of due checks from the handover date — interval, tolerance and limits are your settings
- Green, amber or red per measuring point on a caravan diagram
- Covered or not, with the reason — e.g. a missed annual check, with its date
Damp check & water-ingress warranty
Annual damp checks are due for each unit from its handover date. Spur lists which units are due, records a reading per measuring point and shows at once whether a water-ingress claim is covered — and why.

Seasonal stock at a glance
Stock by model year and the days left until the season starts. Unsold units from earlier model years stand out while there is still time to act.
- Model-year change and season start are settings — spring in Europe, fall and winter in the Gulf
- Capital tied up in earlier model years at a glance; a missing purchase price is shown as missing, never as zero
- One click adds a unit to the promotion list
Seasonal stock
Stock by model year with the days left until the season starts. Units of earlier model years that are still unsold are highlighted before the new season makes them harder to sell.

For rental fleets
Rental fleet with cleaning and service time planned in
Availability per unit, bookings with extras, handover and return with photos and damage — and a fleet that tells you when a unit is ready for resale.
Rental fleet
Availability per unit for the next five weeks, bookings with extras, a cleaning and service day blocked automatically between rentals, handover and return reports with photos and damage — and the age of each unit, so you know which ones are ready for resale.

Floor plans
Floor plans as pictures, not codes
Your customer chooses a picture, not an abbreviation. Each floor plan carries its weights, berths and rules into the configurator, the build sheet and the unit's file.
Island bed
Double bed at the rear, open on three sides.
Twin beds
Two single beds along the side walls.
Family bunks
Bunk beds for the children, double bed at the front.
Front lounge
U-shaped seating that converts into a bed.
French bed
Double bed in the corner, washroom next to it.
Rear kitchen
Kitchen across the rear, bed at the front.
Illustrative layouts. Your own floor plans, names and abbreviations are set up with you — in English and Arabic.

What caravan businesses ask us
Is this ready today?
The core — vehicle records, complete history, checklists with target times, roles, reports — is in daily use in the vehicle trade. The caravan modules (configurator, production, progress page, PDI, damp checks, rental) are new: defined with you, built in two-week cycles and accepted stage by stage. Each prototype on this page shows its status.
Does my customer see prices in the configurator?
No. Your customer sees options, weight, payload and delivery week. Your sales team sees the full price calculation internally and sends the quote.
Does Spur replace our ERP?
No. Material planning and machine scheduling stay in your ERP. Spur manages the unit — from configuration and build stages to handover and after-sales — and exports build sheets and parts lists for your ERP or purchasing team.
Does it work in Arabic and for the Gulf?
Yes. Spur runs in English, German and Arabic with full right-to-left layouts and invoices in English and Arabic. VAT is a setting: it works without VAT today, and you switch the rate on when it applies.
How are damp checks and the water-ingress warranty handled?
Checks are due for each unit from its handover date. Interval, tolerance, limits and warranty length are your settings. Spur records readings per measuring point and shows whether a claim is covered — or names the missed check that cancels it.
Can we stop after a stage?
Yes. You pay for each stage after you accept it, you can export your data as CSV at any time, and hosting is in the region you choose.
