In short
This website sets no tracking cookies and builds no usage profile. The prototypes run entirely in your browser with invented sample data — whatever you type there never leaves your device.
Hosting and server logs
The website is delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA; processing based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested) is processed briefly to deliver the site securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Region and language
From the country of your connection we derive a region (Germany & international, Gulf states, Egypt) to show the right prices and contact channels. We store neither your IP address nor your location for this.
Functional cookies: “spur_region” (the region you chose, 1 year), “spur_geo” (derived region, until you close the browser), “NEXT_LOCALE” (chosen language, 1 year). The color theme (light/dark) is kept in your browser’s local storage. These are required for the presentation you asked for (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG).
Audience measurement
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and without recognising individual visitors and gives us aggregated numbers only (e.g. page views). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Contact form
When you submit the form we process your details (name, company, email, optional phone, business type, vehicle types, size, country, interest, message) together with region, language, the page you came from and the last prototype you used, to answer your inquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We do not store your IP address.
The inquiry is stored in a database at Cloudflare and delivered to us by email via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA; EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We delete inquiries 24 months after the last contact unless a retention duty applies.
To protect against automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical characteristics of your browser; no advertising cookies are set (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
The WhatsApp button is a plain link. Only when you click it does WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) open, and its privacy terms apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to info@teknora.de. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
