In daily use since 2026
Every vehicle, from configuration to its last service. One record, for its whole life.
Spur connects your portals, your workshop and your accounting. Sales, workshop, production and management see the same vehicle — what it cost, where it is and what it earned.

How it often works today
Six tools, one vehicle — and nobody sees the whole picture
Each tool works on its own. Together they give you no figure you can rely on — not per vehicle and not for the month.
The brochure
Options and prices in a PDF that is out of date the day it is printed.
The order sheet
Specifications in a spreadsheet or an email. Changes come in by phone.
The shop floor
Only the people on the shop floor know where a unit is.
The portal
The vehicle exists while it is advertised and disappears when the ad ends.
The job card
Service records on paper, filed by date instead of by vehicle.
One person’s memory
Warranty, previous owner, last service, what it really cost.
The real cost is not the software. It is the questions nobody can answer quickly.
- What does this exact specification cost, and what does it weigh?
- Is the order on schedule?
- Which units are overdue?
- Which customers have a service due?
- What did we really earn on this vehicle?
- Where is the car — and since when?
The trail a vehicle leaves
“Spur” is German for “trail”. Every vehicle leaves one.
Scroll through a vehicle’s life. At every stage the same record grows — nobody types anything twice, and nothing gets lost between departments.
- 01
Configure
The customer configures the vehicle
Options, rules and a live weight calculation — on your website, on a tablet in the showroom or at your dealer. Combinations that cannot be built cannot be ordered.
app.spurCaravan configurator
Your customer builds the caravan on screen — floor plan, off-grid power, colors — with live weight, payload and delivery week, checked by your rules. No price in the customer view.

- 02
Quote
A quote nobody has to retype
The configuration becomes a quote in your design, with options, delivery date and the price your sales team sets.
- 03
Order
Once accepted, the order is locked
The order keeps exactly what was accepted. For dealers: inquiry, reservation, sale, handover — with deposit and balance.
- 04
Build / recondition
A checklist for every phase
Production stages or reconditioning — every step has a target time. Overdue items are flagged everywhere, so nobody has to search.
app.spurReconditioning board
Every vehicle moves through its reconditioning steps with a target time per step. Overdue cars are flagged on the board, in the header and in the daily overview.

Deliver & invoice
Handover first, then the invoice — no gaps
One click turns the sale into an invoice. No number is ever skipped, a final invoice never changes, and corrections are made only by credit note.
app.spurInvoice: no gaps, no changes
From sale to invoice in one click. Every number is used exactly once, a finalized invoice cannot be changed, and a correction is only possible as a credit note that refers to the original.

Service
Due dates nobody has to remember
Damp checks, inspections and job cards are scheduled per unit — by date, kilometers or operating hours — and stored with the vehicle, not in a drawer.

Trade-in
Back with its full history
Every source recorded, the seller data locked at purchase. A trade-in starts its next life with everything that is already known about it.
The vehicle comes back with its full history: every specification, every repair, every owner. Easier to value, easier to sell — and the trail continues.
One platform, three industry models
The same core, adapted to how your industry works
You choose the model that fits your business and switch on the modules you need. All modules share one vehicle record, one history and one set of figures.
Across all three: the Spur Configurator turns a customer’s choices into a quote, an order and a build sheet. The configurator
Team and roles
The workshop never sees your purchase prices.
Switch the role and watch columns disappear. Then open the network view: the purchase price is not masked — it is not in the data at all.
Not hidden — never loaded.
That is the difference between a setting and a guarantee.
Roles: not hidden — never loaded
The workshop never sees your purchase prices. What a role may not see is not hidden on the screen — it is never sent to the device in the first place.

Where we stand
Not a concept. A system in daily use.
Real figures from our first dealer — not rounded up, not embellished. We will not tell you who that dealer is.
- vehicles synced automatically from the first dealer’s portal account
- ~240
- between automatic portal updates — new vehicles appear, sold ones are removed
- 30 min
- automated tests run on every change
- ~3,000
- days in stock: warning levels on the daily overview
- 60/90/120
The principle behind it
Nothing is silently counted as zero.
An amount you have not entered appears as “Not recorded” — never as 0 €. In reports, the vehicle is marked as incomplete and left out of the totals. Every figure you see is a figure you can trust.
Nothing is counted as zero
The same four handovers in two systems. A typical system reads a missing purchase price as 0 € and reports a margin that never existed. Spur shows “Not recorded” and leaves the vehicle out of the total.

How we deliver
In stages. Accepted one by one. Paid after acceptance.
No project that takes a year and then does not fit. Each stage can be used on its own — and you can stop after any of them.
A ceiling, not an estimate
A fixed price per stage, agreed before we build. No open-ended hours.
Acceptance per stage
Your team tests against the written specification. Only then is the stage invoiced.
Stop at any time
After any accepted stage — and you keep everything you entered, as CSV.
Stage plan: pay after acceptance
Delivery in stages, each usable on its own and accepted separately. A stage is invoiced only after you have accepted it.

Where the product stands, honestly
What exists, what is in development, what is new
We tell you exactly which parts are proven and which are new. New parts are specified and accepted, and only then invoiced.

Questions
What people ask first
Does Spur replace my accounting software or my ERP?
No. Spur sits between them: it knows what each vehicle cost, where it is and what it earned. It sends booking files to your accountant and specifications to your ERP. Material planning and machine scheduling stay in your ERP.
Which vehicle types does Spur handle?
Cars, vans, motorhomes, caravans, trucks and prime movers, trailers and semi-trailers, tankers and bodies. Each type has its own fields and checks — nobody enters a mileage for a trailer. New types are added through configuration, not new software.
What is really in use today, and what is new?
In the dealer model, stock, reconditioning, roles, purchasing and sales have been in daily use since 2026; invoicing and cross-border sales are in development. The configurator, production and after-sales modules are new: specified with you, accepted stage by stage and only then invoiced. Every prototype on this site shows its status.
Will you name us as a reference?
No. We do not name customers — not on this website and not in conversations with others. We do not even name our first dealer.
What happens to our data if we stop?
You can export everything you entered as CSV yourself, at any time. You pay per accepted stage and can stop after any of them.
Does Spur work in Arabic, for the Gulf and for Egypt?
Yes. Spur runs in German, English and Arabic (right to left), with invoices in your language and tax rules per country. In markets without VAT today, the VAT rate is simply a setting you switch on when it applies.
One hour with your own vehicles — then you know whether it fits.
No sample stock, no slides: we show you Spur with your own data.
