How we deliver

In stages — each one usable, each one accepted

Software projects fail when they take a year and then do not fit. That is why we deliver in stages you can use on their own. You accept each stage against an agreed description — and you pay only for what you have accepted.

The stage plan

Payment after acceptance, not by the calendar

Click through the stages of the dealer model or the caravan package. Each stage shows what you can do afterwards, how it is accepted — and when payment is due.

Stage plan: pay after acceptance

Delivery in stages, each usable on its own and accepted separately. A stage is invoiced only after you have accepted it.

What you can rely on

Four commitments in every offer

A ceiling, not an estimate

The fixed price is confirmed in writing after the scoping phase and is never exceeded. Changes only by written agreement.

Acceptance per stage

Your team tests each stage against the written specification. Open issues are fixed first — payment is due only after acceptance.

CSV export at any time

Your data belongs to you. You export it yourself whenever you want, and you can stop after any accepted stage.

Benefits from the start

The first stage goes live while the next ones are being built. You work with it from the start instead of waiting for the whole system.

Your data belongs to you

Stop after any accepted stage — and take everything with you

You can only really leave if your data leaves with you. Try it: the export below creates the same kind of file you can download from Spur yourself, at any time.

Your data belongs to you

You can export everything you enter as CSV at any time — yourself, without asking us. That is what makes stopping after any accepted stage a real option.

How a project runs

From requirements to go-live

Agreed scope, a price ceiling, fixed dates: every two weeks you see working software, with your own data.

  1. 1

    Requirements & schedule

A workshop with your team, on site or online. We follow one real vehicle from configuration to service.

  2. 2

    Project kickoff

Contacts on both sides, system access, meeting schedule. You provide models, options, stages and sample documents.

  3. 3

    Demo every two weeks

We work in two-week cycles. Each ends with a demo on your test system — with your vehicles, not sample data.

  4. 4

    Testing & acceptance

Your team tests each stage against the written specification. Each stage gets a signed acceptance report.

  5. 5

    Go-live & training

Data transferred, live on your own domain. Training for sales, workshop or production, and management.

  6. 6

    Close support after go-live

Fast fixes, small adjustments and a direct line to the developers in the first weeks after go-live.

The schedule is provisional until the written specification is agreed; the binding, dated schedule is part of it. Missing data or open decisions delay the dates that depend on them — and we tell you early.

The next step

Half a day with your team, then a fixed-price offer, stage by stage

No commitment until you have the offer in hand — and it is based on how you work, not on a template.

  1. 1

    Scoping workshop

On site or online. We follow one real vehicle through your business.

  2. 2

    Written specification

Every function is numbered. You mark what is wrong or missing.

  3. 3

    Fixed-price offer

A price per stage, due only after acceptance. No open-ended hours.

  4. 4

    Pilot with real data

Your own vehicles, options and orders — not sample data.

Let us map one of your vehicles — then decide.

The scoping workshop shows whether Spur fits before anything is built.
