Try it
Seven modules you can try
Every prototype below runs on sample data and shows its status. Use the guide, or reset and start again.
Trailer configurator
Your customer or dealer builds the trailer on screen: deck, ramps, axles. Rules block builds that are not possible; tare weight, payload and delivery week update live.
- "60 t payload needs at least 3 axles": builds that are not possible cannot be ordered
- Every option has a weight: tare weight and payload update live
- The configuration becomes the order and the build sheet — no retyping
Trailer configurator
A low-bed semi-trailer configured for the customer's job: deck, ramps, gooseneck and axles — tare weight, payload and delivery week update live, and builds that are not possible are blocked.

Build stages & production board
Every open order grouped by stage: how long each unit has been there, which units are past their target time and which delivery dates are now at risk.
- Stages and target times per product type
- Delivery date at risk: remaining target times compared with the promised date
- Supervisors confirm a stage with one tap; every move is logged
Build stages & production board
Every open order by build stage: how long each unit has been there, which units are past their target time and which delivery dates are now at risk.

Customer chassis intake
The customer's chassis arrives for the body build. Before anyone starts welding, Spur checks the VIN against the order, records any damage with its position and stores the papers on the unit.
- VIN checked and compared with the order
- Damage marked on the chassis, or "no damage" confirmed
- Build release stays locked and shows what is missing
Customer chassis intake
A customer's truck chassis arrives for a body build. It goes into production only when the VIN matches the order, any damage is documented and the papers are stored on the unit.

Certificate check before delivery
No unit leaves with a missing document. Delivery is blocked until the checklist for that product type is complete, and the system shows what is missing.
- Type approval and test certificate for every trailer
- Pressure test and ADR certificate for tankers
- Certificates stay on the unit record for every later service
Certificate check
No unit leaves with a missing document. Delivery stays blocked until the certificates for its product type are on the unit, and the system shows what is missing.

Job card on the tablet
Complaint, work, parts, hours and the customer's signature on a tablet. The warranty is checked for this exact unit from its handover date.
- Trucks by months and km, bodies by operating hours, trailers by date only
- Next service by date, km or hours, whichever comes first
- A missing reading is shown as missing, never treated as zero
Job card on the tablet
Complaint, work, parts and hours on a tablet, with the warranty checked automatically for this exact unit and the next service due by date, km or hours.

Fleet orders
A fleet customer orders 20 identical units with one configuration, or changes color and branding per unit. Each unit still gets its own record and history.
- Configure once, order any quantity
- Change color and branding for selected units
- One record and one chassis number per unit, from the first day
Fleet order
Configure once, order 20 identical units, or change color and branding per unit. Every unit still gets its own record, chassis number and history.

Type it in, and the unit's whole history is on one screen in seconds: configuration, build stages, certificates, handover, services, warranty claims and owners.
- Search by full chassis number or its last digits
- Your own builds and other brands in the same register
- Runs on the register and history that are already in daily use
Chassis-number lookup
The customer calls with a chassis number. Type it in, and the unit's whole history is on one screen in seconds: configuration, build, certificates, handover, services, warranty claims and owners.

Clear boundaries
What Spur deliberately does not do
No material planning and no machine scheduling: that stays in your ERP. Spur shows where each ordered unit stands and passes on the specification. We build the interface to your ERP.
Stays in your ERP
- Material requirements planning
- Machine and capacity scheduling
- Purchasing and stock of parts
- Financial accounting
Your ERP keeps doing what it does well. Nobody has to move their production planning.
Interface
By API or file, built by us
the record in between
- Where each ordered unit stands, stage by stage
- Specification and build sheet, exactly as ordered
- Certificates, handover and warranty on the unit
- Job cards and service history for years
Not a sales portal, not an accounting package, not an ERP: the system in between, where sales, workshop, production and management see the same unit. We build ERP interfaces for German manufacturers every day.

What builders and workshops ask us
Can we use the trucks module today?
The core is in daily use: vehicle register, complete history, documents, checklists with target times, roles and the tablet view. Build stages, chassis intake, certificate check, job cards with warranty and fleet orders are a new module. We define it with you, you accept it, and only then is it invoiced.
Does Spur replace our ERP?
No. Material planning, machine scheduling, purchasing and accounting stay in your ERP. Spur shows where each unit stands and sends the specification and parts lists to your ERP through an interface that we build.
Can we define our own build stages, checklists and certificates?
Yes. Stages, target times, required checks and certificates are set per product type in the settings: a tanker needs different papers from a flatbed trailer. We set them up with your team in the workshop.
How does warranty work for a trailer without an odometer?
Warranty and service depend on the unit type: a truck by months and km, a body with hydraulics by operating hours, a trailer by date only. If a reading is needed but missing, Spur says so instead of guessing.
Does the workshop see our prices?
No. Purchase prices, selling prices and margins are never sent to the workshop tablet. They are not hidden there; they are not loaded at all.
Does Spur work in Arabic and English?
Yes. The interface, job cards and customer documents are available in Arabic, English and German, with right-to-left layout. For the Gulf states, the VAT rate is a setting per country, including markets with no VAT yet.
How do we start?
With half a day with your team, on site or online: we follow one real unit from order to service. Then you receive a functional specification with an ID for every function, and a fixed-price offer per stage, payable only on acceptance.
