In daily use since 2026
Every vehicle, from configuration to its last service. One record, for its whole life.
Spur is the system between your portals, your workshop and your accounts. Sales, workshop, production and management see the same vehicle — with what it cost, where it stands and what it earned.

How it typically works today
Six tools, one vehicle — and nobody has the whole picture
Each of them works on its own. Together they produce no figure you can rely on — not per vehicle and not for the month.
The brochure
Options and prices in a PDF that is out of date the day it is printed.
The order sheet
Specification in a spreadsheet or an e-mail. Changes arrive by phone.
The shop floor
Where a unit stands is known in the hall — and nowhere else.
The portal
The vehicle exists while it is advertised, and disappears when the ad ends.
The job card
Service on paper, filed by date rather than by vehicle.
One person’s memory
Warranty, previous owner, last service, what it really cost.
The cost is not the software. It is the questions nobody can answer quickly.
- What does this exact specification cost and weigh?
- Is the order on time?
- Which units are overdue?
- Which customers have a service due?
- What did we really earn on this vehicle?
- Where is the car — and since when?
The trace a vehicle leaves
Spur means trace. Every vehicle leaves one.
Scroll along a vehicle’s life. At every stage the same record grows — nobody retypes a line, nothing gets lost between departments.
- 01
Configure
The customer builds the vehicle
Options, rules and live weight — on your website, on a showroom tablet or with your dealer. Impossible builds cannot be ordered.
app.spurCaravan configurator
Your customer builds the caravan on screen — floor plan, off-grid, colours — with live weight, payload and delivery week, checked by your rules. No price in the customer view.

- 02
Quote
A quote nobody retypes
The configuration becomes a quote in your design, with options, delivery date and the price your sales team sets.
- 03
Order
Accepted means frozen
The order keeps exactly what was accepted. For dealers: enquiry, reservation, sale, handover — with deposit and balance.
- 04
Build / prepare
Every phase a checklist
Production stages or reconditioning — each step with a target time. Overdue is flagged everywhere, without anybody searching.
app.spurReconditioning board
Every vehicle moves through its reconditioning steps with a target time per step. Overdue cars are flagged on the board, in the header and in the daily start.

Deliver & invoice
Handover, then the invoice — gapless
The sale becomes the invoice in one click. Numbers are never skipped, a finalised invoice never changes; corrections only by credit note.
app.spurInvoice: gapless & unchangeable
From the sale to the invoice in one click. Every number is issued exactly once, a finalised invoice cannot be changed, and a correction exists only as a credit note that points back to the original.

Service
Due before anyone has to remember
Damp checks, inspections and job cards are due per unit — by date, kilometres or hours — and filed on the vehicle, not in a drawer.
- 07
Trade-in
Back with its whole history
Every source recorded, the seller data frozen at purchase. A trade-in starts its next life with everything it already knows.
The vehicle comes back with its full history: every specification, every repair, every owner. Easier to value, easier to sell — and the trace simply continues.
One platform, three industry models
The same core, shaped to how your industry works
You take the model that matches your business and switch on the modules you need. Everything shares one vehicle record, one history and one set of figures.
Across all three: the Spur Configurator turns a customer’s choice into quote, order and build sheet. The configurator
Team and roles
The workshop never sees your purchase prices.
Switch the role and watch the columns go. Then open the network view: the purchase price is not masked — it is not in the data at all.
Not hidden — never loaded.
That is the difference between a setting and a guarantee.
Roles: not hidden — never loaded
The workshop never sees your purchase prices. What a role may not see is not hidden on the screen — it is never sent to the device in the first place.

Where it stands
Not a concept. A system in daily use.
Real figures from the first dealer — not rounded up, not embellished. Who that dealer is, you will not hear from us.
- vehicles synced automatically from the first dealer’s portal account
- ~240
- between automatic portal updates — new vehicles appear, sold ones drop out
- 30 min
- automated tests run on every change
- ~3,000
- day ageing bands with warnings on the daily start
- 60/90/120
The principle behind it
Nothing is quietly treated as zero.
An amount you have not entered appears as “Not recorded” — never as 0 €. In the reports the vehicle is marked incomplete and kept out of the totals. A figure that is shown is a figure that holds.
Nothing is treated as zero
The same four handovers in two systems. A typical system reads a missing purchase price as 0 € and reports a margin that never happened. Spur shows “Not recorded” and keeps the vehicle out of the total.

How we deliver
In stages. Accepted one by one. Paid on acceptance.
No project that takes a year and then does not fit. Each stage is usable on its own — and you can stop after any of them.
A ceiling, not an estimate
A fixed price per stage, agreed before we build. No open-ended hours.
Acceptance per stage
Your team tests against the functional description. Only then is the stage invoiced.
Exit any time
After any acceptance — with everything you entered, as CSV.
Stage plan: pay on acceptance
Delivery in stages, each usable on its own and accepted separately. A stage is invoiced only after you have accepted it.

Where the product stands, honestly
What exists, what is in build, what is new
We tell you exactly which part is proven and which is new. The new parts are specified, accepted and only then invoiced.

Questions
What people ask first
Does Spur replace my accounting software or my ERP?
No. Spur is the system in between: it knows what each vehicle cost, where it stands and what it earned, and hands posting files to your accountant and specifications to your ERP. Material planning and machine scheduling stay in your ERP.
Which vehicle types does Spur handle?
Cars, vans, motorhomes, caravans, trucks and prime movers, trailers and semi-trailers, tankers and bodies. Each type carries its own fields and checks — nobody enters a mileage for a trailer. New types are added by configuration, not new software.
What is really in use today, and what is new?
The dealer model’s stock, reconditioning, roles, purchasing and sales have been in daily use since 2026; invoicing and cross-border sales are in build. The configurator, production and after-sales modules are new: scoped with you, accepted per stage and only then invoiced. Every prototype on this site carries its status.
Will you name us as a reference?
No. We do not name customers — not on this website and not in conversation with others. We do not name our first dealer either.
What happens to our data if we stop?
You can export everything you entered as CSV at any time, yourself. You pay per accepted stage and can stop after any of them.
Does Spur work in Arabic, for the Gulf and for Egypt?
Yes. Spur runs in German, English and Arabic (right-to-left), with invoices in your language and tax handling per country — including markets without VAT today, where the rate is a setting the day it applies.
One hour with your own vehicles — then you know whether it fits.
No sample stock, no slides: we show Spur with your data.
